Deryl Hendrix "Rick" Dixon of St. James passed away July 1, 2016 at the Harry S. Truman Veterans Hospital in Columbia, Mo. He was 67 years of age.

Deryl Hendrix Dixon known by his family and friends as "Rick" was born May 25, 1949 in Chicago, Illinois the son of the late Paul H. and Elizabeth Maxine Hudson Dixon.

Rick Dixon is survived by Brothers: Timothy Dixon and wife Bonnie of Leslie, Mo.; and Pete Vannatta and wife Patty of St. James, along with nieces: Beth and Jenny; nephews John, Tim, Jason and Justin, along with several great-neices and nephews.

Visitation for Rick Dixon will be held Saturday from 6-8 pm on July 2, 2016 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James.

Funeral Services for Rick Dixon will be conducted at 2:00 pm Sunday July 3rd, 2016 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James. Memorial maybe given to the Honor Flight.

Burial with full military honors will be at High Gate Baptist Church Cemetery.
