Daphne Snelson Lupberger went to be with the Lord on September 29, 2021.  She was a lifelong resident of Phelps County and a member of Saint John Lutheran Church in St. James.

She is predeceased by her loving husband of 69 years, Harold Lupberger; and survived by daughter Marian Chrisman and husband George of Allen, TX; daughter Linda Whitaker and husband Rodney of Mason, OH; son David Lupberger and wife Nancy of Lebanon, OH; daughter Judy Thompson and husband Bill of St. Louis; daughter Tina Wright and husband Len of Norfolk, VA; 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

On October 3, the family will receive friends at Jones Funeral Home in St. James from 1 to 3 PM.  A brief funeral service will be held at Jones Funeral Home at 3 PM followed by an interment at St. James Cemetery.
