Crystal was known for being a genuinely happy person who found her greatest joy in two places: surrounded by her loving family and immersed in the great outdoors. She had a deep and abiding love for nature, particularly the rivers that became her sanctuary and source of peace.
The Big Piney River, Gasconade River, and Meramec Rivers were Crystal's happy places, where she spent countless hours canoeing and exploring. During these river adventures, she would search for rocks and arrowheads, building an impressive collection that reflected her passion for discovery and her connection to the natural world. Each piece she found told a story, and she treasured them all.
Crystal also found joy in quieter pursuits. She loved to color, finding peace and creativity in this simple yet meaningful activity. During her school years, she was an active member of a bowling team, where she formed friendships and memories that lasted a lifetime.
Crystal's legacy is one of happiness, love for family, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of the natural world. Her spirit will live on in the rivers she loved, the collections she cherished, and the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
