Carletto "Lucille" Valley of Bland, Missouri was born on April 1, 1945 to Boyd George and Bertie "Ruby" Cox Blevins and passed on July 21, 2017 at the age of 72 years, 3 months and 20 days.

Lucille was a homemaker, and retired from the Administration Office of the University of Texas.

Lucille was raised by her step father, Charles E. Skaggs. She was preceded in death by her parents, Boyd and Bertie Blevins, Stepfather, Charles E. Skaggs, one son, Joseph Jerome Valley Jr.; and one sister, Judy Lee Skaggs Koetting.

Carletto is survived by her close friend: Al Saens, one son: Jeffrey Valley and wife Crystal of Champion City, Missouri; brother: Frank Skaggs and wife Vicky of Owensville, Mo.; Shirley Shaw and husband Shorty of Bland, Mo.; Charlene Keenan and husband Charles of Sullivan, Mo.; Melody Enke and husband Gary of Owensville, Mo.; Aileen Valley and husband Jim of Bland, Mo.; Brenda Curtis and husband Leo of Owensville, Mo. and Bert Stanfield of Belle, Mo.; grandchildren: Cole, Seth, and Trey and other relatives and friends.

Memorial Services will be conducted at 4:00 P.M., Saturday, August 26, 2017 at the American Legion in Rosebud, Mo.

All arrangments are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.
