Carl Wilson Adams of St. James, Missouri passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2024 at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. He was 75 years of age.

Carl, the son of the late Luther Wilson and Gladys Fay (Happel) Adams, was born January 8, 1949 in Waynesville, Missouri. He was united in marriage to Lois Eileen Wastel on March 27, 1977 in Midland, Texas.

Carl is survived by his wife, Lois Adams of St. James, Missouri; sons, Jeff Khoury (Renee) of Los Angeles, California and James Scott (Tina); daughters, Pheadra Tortonesi and Shea McFarland of St. James, Missouri; sister, Wanda Zinn of St. James, Missouri; six grandchildren: Tiffany Lee Frey, Andrew Warren, Dustin Davies, Chloe Wells, Sophia Tortonesi, and Rachel Nicole McFarland; four great-grandchildren: Lilly Frey, Delilah Wells, Grayson Courtois, and Willow McFarland.

Carl is preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Sandy Zinn.

Visitation will be 6:00 PM-8:00 PM Thursday, June 6, 2024 at First Baptist Church in St. James, Missouri.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday, June 7, 2024 at First Baptist Church in St. James, Missouri with Bro. Blake Brewer officiating. Burial will be in the Morrison Cemetery at Seaton, Missouri.
