Betty Lee Martin formerly of St. James, Missouri passed away Friday, June 19, 2026 at Delmar Gardens in Chesterfield, Missouri. She was 94 years of age.

Betty, the daughter of the late Thomas W. and Phoebe (Neil) Flanagan, was born July 6, 1931 in St. James, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Herschel Martin on October 9, 1955.

Betty is survived by nieces and nephews: Deborah Breen and her husband, Robert of Ballwin, Missouri; Richard Allison and his wife, Theresa of Rolla MO; Cheryl Ellis and her husband, Jim of Imperial MO; Connie Donaldson and her husband, Jim of Imperial MO along with other nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Herschel; brother, Thomas Flanagan; and five sisters: Dorothy Flanagan, Viola Elizondo, Martha Imperial, Opal Mae Rayburn, and Donna Marie Allison.

Betty retired from the United States Government in the Army installation division.

Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Friday, June 26, 2026 at the St. James Cemetery with Bro. Stephen Brubaker officiating.

Memorials may be made to Tunnel to Towers.
