Alma Pauline Kaeding of Rolla, Missouri, formerly of St. James, passed away on Monday, November 5, 2007 in Rolla, Missouri. She was 92 years, 2 months, and 20 days of age.

Alma Pauline Paneitz Kaeding was born on August 16, 1915 in Owensville, Missouri to Henry Ferdinand Paneitz and Martha Roasia (Dieboll) Paneitz. She was united in marriage to Harry Kaeding on December 2, 1939. To this union two children were born. Harry passed away February 2, 1993.

Alma's great loves were her husband, her chlldren and grandchildren, and her dear neighbors and church family in St. James. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, taking her walks around the block, and caring for her family.

Alma is survived by: one son: Samuel H. Kaeding of Eureka, Missouri; one daughter: Sheila M. Flint and husband Greg of Rolla, Missouri; grandchildren: Kimberly Williams and husband John of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Kevin Kaeding of Ponca City, Oklahoma; Jessica Pederson and husband Brandon of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; Matthew Flint of Lenexa, Kansas and fiance' Lindsay Kempker; and Jennifer Flint of Rolla, Missouri; one step-grandchild: Michael Akridgd and three great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death are her parents: Henry Ferdinand Paneitz and Martha Roasia (Dieboll) Paneitz; her husband: Harry Kaeding on February 2, 1993; and two sisters and two brothers.

Services
Visitation for Alma will be held from 6 -8 pm on Thursday, November 8, 2007 at Jones Funeral Home Chapel in St. James, Missouri.

Funeral services will conducted at 10:00 am on Friday, November 9, 2007 at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in St. James, Missouri with Brother Bob Johnston officiating. Pallbearers will Kevin Kaeding, Daniel L. Flint, Matt Flint, Brandon Pederson, David Pilotte, and Michael Akridge. Burial will in the family plot in the St. James Cemetery in St. James, Missouri.

Memorials are suggested to the Tri-County Humane Society or the Senior Companions of Phelps County.
