Rita Mae (Thomas) White

Rita Mae White of St. James, Mo. passed away on May 25, 2018 at the Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla, Mo.  She was 65 years, 11 months, and 13 days of age.

Rita White was born in St. James, Mo. to her parents: Walter H. and Eunice Bunton Thomas.  She was united in marriage to Ronald White on June 25, 1977 in St. James, Mo.

She was a loving wife, mother, and  grandmother.  She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Rita White is survived by one son: Ronnie Elmer White and wife Melissa of St. James, Mo.; one brother: Walter A. Thomas of Ozark, Alabama and two sisters: Myrna Byrd and husband: Bill of St. James, Mo.; and Janice White of St. James, Mo.  Along with one grandchild: Joseph Lee White; and step-grandchildren: Aubrey Speed, Christian, Noah and Emma Heidemann. 

Rita White is preceded in death by her husband: Ronald White on December 14, 2011; parents: Walter H. and Eunice Bunton Thomas; sister-in-law: Diane Thomas and brother-in-law: Don White.

Visitation for Rita White will be on Thursday, May 31, 2018 from 1 - 2 PM at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.

Memorial Services will be conducted on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 2 P.M. at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo. with Reverend Mick Thrasher officiating.
