Penny Earls Obituary
Penny Ann Earls of St. James passed away Friday morning, July 27, 2018 with her family at her side at the Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis. She was 57 years of age.
Penny Earls, the daughter of Robert Wayne and Patsy Ruth Gibson Norris, was born February 22,, 1961 in Rolla, MO.
Penny is survived by her mother, Patsy Norris of St. James; two sons: Michael Earls and wife, Melissa of St. James and Ryan A. Roberts and fiance, Lena of Springfield, Mo.; one brother, Robert Norris and wife, Christy of Steelville; Sisters: Tina Hauck of St. James, Angie Rowden of Cuba, Jeannie Ford of St. James and Crystal Boyd and husband, Chris of Rolla; two very special grandchildren: Gaven and Joshua and a very special dog, Brodie, who thought he was human.
She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Wayne Norris.
Penny was a very caring and loving person. She was a professional Mom to her very special boys, Mike and Ryan. She loved to cook whether it be for the holidays or special family times. She adored her grandsons; she loved spending time with her best buddies. She and Brodie enjoyed taking daily walks through the park. Along with being a wonderful mom, she was a great friend to many, always going out of her way to help others. Lots of memories were made with her family and friends around music and dancing. She worked several years at Tacony Manufacturing in St. James.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM Monday, July 30, 2018 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday, July 30, 2018 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James with Mike Mounce, officiating. Pallbearers will be Mike Earls, Ryan Roberts, Jake Ford, Chase Ford, Paul “Jimmy” Carl and Robert Norris. Burial will be at the St. James Cemetery in St. James, MO.
