Orville Edward Gibson

Orville Edward Gibson of St. James, Mo. passed away at his home on May 1, 2019.  

Orville Gibson was born on January 10, 1961in Rolla, Mo. to his parents Junior Ernest and Minnie Fanger Sieber.  He was 58 years, 3 months and 21 days.

Orville was a quiet person who enjoyed being around his family. He was known as "Tink" when he was young because he loved to tinker with things. Orville grew up in St. James and worked for Larry Davis as a Machanic for many years. He enjoyed gardening and loved to go fishing and be outdoors. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Orville is survived by mother: Minnie Fanger Sieber and her husband Ivan Sieber; two daughters: Amanda Brooks of Blue Springs, Mo. and Jennifer Busbey and husband Brad of Rolla, Mo.; Brothers: John Gibson and wife Carolyn of St. James, Mo.; Marty Gibson and wife Angie of St. James, Mo.; Howard Gibson and wife Joy of Katy, Texas; Jay Gibson of St. James, Mo.; one sister: Bonnie Francis of Myrtle, Mo.;  two grandchildren: Madalynn Fennell and Braeden Bowman; along with several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Preceding Orville Gibson in death is his father: Junior Ernest Gibson.

Orville Gibson will lie in state on Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 1 PM to 3 PM the time of service at Jones Funeral Home in St. James.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at 3 PM with Ralph Green  officiating at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James.

Memorial donations may be given to the Jones Funeral Home.

All arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.
