Edward Bernard Froelich of St. James, Mo. passed away on June 17, 2018 at his home in St. James, Mo. with his family around him. He was 83 years, 4 months and 11 days of age.
Edward Froelich was born on February 6, 1935 in Lackawana, New York to his parents: Edward R. and Emily Sterbousk Froelich. He was united in marriage to Joy A. Froelich. Joy Froelich passed away on June 22, 2007.
Edward Froelich served his country in the U.S. Army. He loved to putter and to go fishing. He also loved to read especially his favorite western authors: Lois Lamore; and suspense stories. He enjoyed being with his Korean War buddies. He also loved to travel.
Edward Froelich is survived by one son: Edward J.B. Froelich of Columbia; and one daughter: Joy A. Gunter and husband Charles of St. James, Mo.; along with grandchildren: Edy J. Tessaro and Jeremy, and Chaz and Nicole Gunter; great-grandchildren: Simon and Daphne, Tessaro; and Veroniqua, Remingtyn and Henry Gunter.
Burial of the ashes will be in the family plot at the Matlock Cemetery.
