Thomas Kenneally O'Day of St. James, Mo. passed away at the Missouri Veterans Home in St. James, Mo. on Thursday, April 13, 2017. Thomas O'Day was 66 years, 3 months and 24 days of age.

Thomas O'Day was born on December 20, 1950 in Springfield, Mo. to his parents: Alexander Clement and Mary Louise Owen O'Day.

Thomas was a farmer and loved the outdoors. Tom loved to hunt, fish and trap. Thomas was in the military and served his country proudly. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Thomas O'Day is survived by six brothers and four sisters: John Patrick O'Day of Wellston, Mo.; Mary A. O'Day of Harrah, Oklahoma; Alexander C. O'Day of Rolla, Mo.; Timothy O. O'Day of Salem, Mo.; Sarah Jane O'Day of Springfield, Mo.; Phillip F. O'Day of Hallsville, Mo.; Anne Lucille O'Day of Harrah, Oklahoma; Robert Joseph O'Day of Choctaw, Oklahoma; Theresa Louise O'Day Schoer of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and Michael Stephen O'Day of Salem, Mo.

Visitation for Thomas O'Day will be conducted on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 from 6 - 8 PM and Prayer Service will be conducted at 5:30 P.M. at the Jones Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 10 A.M. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in St. James, Mo. with Father Judge officiating.

Burial will be at 2 PM Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at the Hazelwood Cemetery in Springfield, Mo.

Memorials may be made to Veterans Assistance League. Cards are available at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.
