Jerry Donald Pendleton

Jerry Donald Pendleton of Bland, Mo. formerly of Murphysboro, Illinois passed away at his sons home, on Saturday, August 13, 2016.  Jerry Pendleton was 76 years, 3 months, and  9 days of age.

Jerry Donald Pendleton was born on May 4, 1940 to his parents: Elmer and Lucille Rendelman Pendleton in Murphysboro, Illinois.   He was united in marriage to Anna Mae Clover.  She entered into rest December 17, 1969.

Jerry Pendleton worked at the Caterpillar Company, in Illinois for many years. He was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather.  He will be missed by all those who  knew and loved him.

Jerry Pendleton is survived by three sons: Jerry Wayne Pendleton and wife Terri of Bland, Mo.; Dale Pendleton and wife Liz of Brewton, Alabama; Stephen Pendleton of Murphysboro, Illinois;  three daughters: Jo Ann Hanson and husband Eric of Portland, Organ; Debora Bolter and husband Ronald of Georgia; and Victoria Hicks of St. John, Missouri; two brothers: David Pendleton and wife June of Gorham, Illinois; and Fred Pendleton and wife Linda of Desoto, Illinois and one son-in-law Jim Schroeder of Jones Ridge, Illinois and many grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Jerry Pendleton is preceded in death by his parents: Elmer and Lucille Rendelman Pendleton; his wife: Anna Mae Clover Pendleton; and infant son: Ronnie Pendleton and one daughter: Kathy Schroeder.

Memorial services are pending and are to be in Crain Pleasant Grove-Murdale Funeral Home in Murphysboro, Illinois.

All arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.
