Ina was a very independent, hard worker and will be remembered for her faith, strength, determination and perseverance. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved studying the word of God, gardening, her flowers and enjoyed the outside.

Ina’s husband Borden, died young of cancer leaving her with young kids at home to raise. Ina’s strong determination turned her to God to help her through life, which she remained faithful to the end. Ina worshiped at the First Baptist Church in St. James and loved her church family and the dear ladies who supported Ina throughout her life. As you looked at Ina you could tell she professed all outwardly appearance of a Godly woman. Ina loved the Lord with all her heart and is now in hope of the great promises he has given us, and knowing Ina’s outgoing personality, she may be seen dancing on the streets of gold with our Lord.
