Donna Marie (Krewson) Skouby

 Donna Marie Skouby of St.James, MO was born April 23, 1945 to Charles and Delphine Krewson. Donna passed away January 27, 2018 at the age of 73. Donna was a vibrant and active lady. She was an educator for 30 years, in which most of that time she taught in Cuba and St.James,MO She enjoyed life to its fullest. She was a wonderful teacher and gave her heart to her students and family.  She loved movies and music and travel. Her family and children and grandchildren were her whole world. She was an amazing mother and "Nona".

      Donna is preceded in death by  her husband Robert "Bob" Skouby, her parents Delphine and Charles Krewson, nephew Justin Maples, aunts Corrine Zulpo, Sister Anita Donati, Concetta Pardee, Bruna Cuccarollo, Lena Marchi and uncles Louis and Mike Donati and her grandparents Emilio and Francesca Donati.

     Donna is survived by her partner Roger Welter and her sister Charlene Maples of Cleveland,TN and her daughter Shannon Failes of Kansas City,Mo, daughter Shawna Schafer of Prairie Village,KS and grandchildren Olivia and Kennedy Griggs and Archer Schafer, and niece Brittany Gobble and great nephews Britton, Jace, Jacobe and Declan.

Celebration of life will be held February 17, 2018 at Sybill's Restaurant at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at St. Anthony's Catholic Church Cemetery in Rosati, Mo. on  February 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
